  • Recordings will be uploaded on the course page under “Lecture Recordings” within 24 hours after each lecture.
  • You can watch the recordings multiple times until your course access expires.

If additional practice is needed, you can enroll for another Oral Mock Exam.

Oral Component Course and Mock Exam Policy

Schedule: One class per week on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM PST (Vancouver Time).

  • All sessions are live and recorded. Attending live and participating actively is strongly encouraged to build confidence in speaking with the proctor.
Booking Oral Mock Exam:
  • Reserve your time slot early (first come, first served).
  • Each mock includes a feedback session after the exam.
Rescheduling and Fees
  • Rescheduling must be done at least 10 days before the scheduled time.
  • If you fail to reschedule within 10 days, the attempt will be forfeited and counted as used.
  • You must re-enroll and pay an additional fee of CAD 349 (no discounts apply).
No-Show Policy
  • If you do not attend your scheduled Oral Mock Exam, it will count as one attempt.
  • You will need to enroll again and pay an additional fee of CAD 349.
